Next Florida Chapter Meeting
June 11, 2016 from 11:30- 1:00
We hope you will decide to join us.

We will again be meeting at A Healing Space in Wilton Manors.
Directions are at the bottom of this email.

We will have our June meeting this coming
Saturday, June 11 from 11:30 – 1:00 at A Healing Space.

Last month we intended to open with a movement/dance experiential exercise led by Daniela Riccelli but time prevented us from doing so. This time we will definitely get to enjoy Daniela’s facilitation. She asks that folks who have them bring a yoga mat as some of the activities are floor activities. Following that, we will check in with each, as usual, and Mark will engage the group in a practice discussion about integrating mindfulness and spirituality into our group practices as a way to help ground those members who might be struggling with past traumas. We look forward to seeing each of you, as we have already clearly transitioned into the stage of group development where we look for and ask about each other when someone doesn’t show!!!
Take care. See you soon on Saturday.
